Quebec runner completes West Coast Trail in 16 hours

Ultramarathoner Ray Zahab knocked off the 75-kilometre West Coast Trail this week in just 16 hours, completing an unprecedented quest to run on three major Canadian trails in a period of only nine days.

Landsend 1/2 Marathon & 10K

Just a reminder that the Lansend 1/2 marathon and 10K are scheduled for
September 9, 2007. Entries are available on-line and at local running stores
and community centres.
Last year partial proceeds from the race enabled us to contribute $3,4000 to
