Mike Suminski will be guiding weekly runs starting tomorrow, focusing on building endurance and strength during a 17 week and 24 week period.The 17 week clinic is designed for those who are training for marathons in April and May and the additional 7 weeks is to prepare runners for the Kusam Klimb in June, 2008. This clinic is also for people who just want to run in good company at great locations.
