Nov 8 - Haney to Harrison Relay & 100K Ultra - Fraser Valley
Registration for 2008 will open in the spring.
Mark November 8th, 2008 on your ultra-running calendars!! The 12th annual H2H Ultra is scheduled to take place concurrently with the 27th running of the Haney to Harrison 100km Relay.
The course consists of paved highways following British Columbia’s scenic Sasquatch Drive. Starting just outside of Vancouver in Maple Ridge, the course winds its way over rolling hills, passing through Mission and into the lush farmlands of the Fraser Valley en route to beautiful Harrison Hot Springs.

Event/Course Notes
- The race is scheduled prior to the deadline for Western States qualification.
- Weather in early November can be cold and wet.
- Although the whole race is on roads, there are some hills on the course, particularly in the early stages. There is no net elevation gain.

Race Morning Check In and Briefing - 3:00 to 3:45am
On race morning each runner must: Check in - Pick up timing chip - Pick up shirt.
Race briefing and crew briefing will be immediately before the start.
Crew and Transportation
Each ultra runner is required to bring his own crew with support vehicle for on-the-road aid and sustenance.
