The Rotary Club of West Vancouver is hosting its 3rd annual Seawalk
Run, an opportunity to partcipate in West Vancouver’s most popualar
athletic event, 10k or 5k run/walk. Not only is this an opportunity
for your clubs to participate in the team challenge and come away as
the fastest team in the 2008 Run, but there is also the opportunity
to raise funds for your club by entering the run.

The Rotary Run is unique in that it offers the opportunity to collect
pledges to the run with a slight twist. Any pledges raised towards
the run by participating runners is donated to the non-profit
organization of the runners choice. This means that any runner can
raise pledges towards the run and then donate the money to the club
they run for provided it is a non profit organization. This is an
excellent way for your club to participate in a beautiful run in one
of the most unique and beautiful running spots on the North Shore,
and fundraise for your club as well.
