May 24 - John Henry Rides Epic #1 - North Vancouver
John Henry Rides has made a decision, based on feedback, other events and the long weekend, to change the date of the first Epic 100 one week later to May 24th, 2008 . All other details remain the same. Thank you for you patronage and sorry if this causes any inconveniences. We hope you can all still make it and that maybe it is easier to schedule into your training. Please contact me here if you need anything answered or have any details you need working on.

Pssst….Pass it on, the cycling season has started.
Okay so first question… which course are you going to tackle this year?! Second question… do you want your matching sock?! 
With the entire long, medium and short courses all planned for the north shore you will be sure to:
- Have an enjoyable ride with cycling crew mates,
- Test yourself, or
- You are up for the first challenge of the season!
The links for the three courses are pasted below for your viewing pleasure. Being the first in our stellar line-up of events, the first JHRides Epic is a fantastic way to kick off the 2008 riding season. Come out and meet fellow road crew members, make new friends, develop training buddies and/or train for an upcoming event…. Maybe the STP?
All three routes wander in and out of local North Shore communities and on roads you have travelled over on past rides and others you have not - with no highway riding in sight! With every level of rider in mind when designing each course, you can be sure there’s a perfect fit for you on Saturday May 24th!
