The 19th Annual North Shore Spring Triathlon is happening at Ron Andrews Rec Centre on Victoria Day, Monday May 19th, 2008 and we are in need of volunteers in several areas of the event, including: swim course, bike course, and the run course.

If you have some time to volunteer on this day, you’re help would be greatly appreciated! Each year, the North Shore Spring Triathlon raises thousands of dollars for North Shore organizations including North Shore Search and Rescue and the Lions Gate Hospital.
