This summer well-known Victoria coach Mike Suminski will again be guiding weekly trail runs through Gowland Tod Provincial Park. The clinic is designed for those who are training for a marathon in October (i.e. Victoria or Portland).

Runs will take place Sundays at 7:30AM, from June 29 through to Oct. 06, 2008 at Victoria’s Gowlland Tod Provincial Park. Run length will begin at 1 hour and 5 to 10 minutes will be added weekly.
