There’s a new Trainharder-hosted blog - Demian Seale. Demian is a a Cat 3 roadie with a hockey background who didn’t start riding and racing until 2004. He has developed a love for time trials and this year is going to try to expand into triathlon and duathlon (if his ankle can handle the running!).
