North Vancouver Trail Maintenence Day

North Shore Athletics is holding its annual trail maintenance day on Saturday December 13th. They ask that you bring gloves, a snack, dress warm and be available between 9am and 1pm. If interested RSVP to peter@northshoreathletics.com. All volunteers will get a free entry into a 2009 Run the North Shore event.
