Volunteers needed for 30th annual Self-Transcendence Triathlon/Duathlon

Volunteers are needed for the 30th Annual Self-Transcendence Triathlon/Duathlon that will take place Sunday, August 2, 2009 in Victoria, BC.

As appreciation, all volunteers will recieve a technical shirt, water bottle and post race meal. Volunteers will also be eligible for draw prizes.
