Scorched Sole Ultra this Weekend in Kelowna

This Saturday is the annual Scorched Sole 50M, 50K & 25K trailrunning race. A record number of people are registered this year (click here for a list of confirmed entries).

The race takes place within the beautiful area of Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park.

Trainharder.com will have its official interior reporter Dirk Handke on-scene taking photos, socializing with the runners and perhaps even running himself.
