Run Faster with Fewer Injuries

Recreational runners, at some point after learning ‘how’ to run, a handful of 10ks and may be a half-marathon – start to become keenly interested in how to run better.

The thrill of that first race is over, your times have gradually improved, then plateaued or may be you want to have fewer injuries.

You can read books or running magazines, read online chat forums or join a semi-annual clinic.

Most of us mid-pack runners aren’t going to hire a coach. We want to improve our running but we don’t kid ourselves that we’re elite runners.

But that’s where we’re wrong.
