Kelowna’s Malindi Elmore wins Bronze Medal in 1500m at Pan American Games

Malindi Elmore, a 1500 meter track specialist from Kelowna, BC, won the bronze medal in the woman’s 1500 meters.
Elmore’s time was 4:27:57, almost two seconds behind winner Adriana Munoz of Cuba and less than one second behind silver medalist Rosibel Garcia of Columbia.
According to Elmore the race did not go as well as she expected.

Whistler to Host Brand New Whistler 50 Relay & Ultra Next Weekend

Whistler will host the inaugural Whistler 50 Relay and Ultra next weekend (November 5th).
