The 2012 Frontrunners Island Race Series is set to begin with the Harriers Pioneer 8k on January 8th. Although this year’s series will feature the usual 8 road running events at two week intervals throughout southern Vancouver Island, two new initiatives have been introduced which will add an extra element of excitement to the series.
This upcoming Sunday, November 20th sees the New Balance Fall Classic return to the scenic wide boulevards of UBC campus. The race is the last large road running event of the year in the Lower Mainland.
