New Trainharder blog - Demian Seale

There’s a new Trainharder-hosted blog - Demian Seale. Demian is a a Cat 3 roadie with a hockey background who didn’t start riding and racing until 2004. He has developed a love for time trials and this year is going to try to expand into triathlon and duathlon (if his ankle can handle the running!). He is also a graduate student in English at the University of Victoria. Be sure to check it out!

  • The Adventure Runs of Jeff Hunt - Jeff is a teacher and runner from Victoria. Jeff recently ran the Juan de Fuca Trail in one go.
  • Give me a good reason - an athlete from North Vancouver who is now focusing on running longer and in completing in the Gobi March this June and the Knee Knacker this July.
  • Team Fitness Blog - the official blog of Team Fitness, a personal training studio in North Vancouver.
  • Cape Town or Bust! - the blog of Chris Wille, an athlete from Victoria who is currently cycling 12,000 kilometers along Africa from Cairo to Capetown.
